Nothing about the MSFT case in TX. Guess he has to make some forward looking statements to appease those who invested heavily and believed in him and the company. It gets more difficult to raise $$ when one is on the losing end.

Maybe he spins this into something but it still seems like a weak hand to me.

I'm sure he was doing something, working on a plan b and all that. He wasn't exactly getting rich off WDDD. Nobody knows what his plan is/was/will be, but I'm sure he has one. Just a matter of he can execute it is all.
Like always to everyone else, look at all sides, make a plan, prepare for worst case scenarios, don't be all pie in the sky all the time.
