According to the last conference call, DR deal was supposed to be done in the fall and Mexico this winter. It is March 11. Needless to say polarized ibuprofen was never licensed. Nobody at Quanta gives a rat's fanny about doing business when they can just print money by diluting shares. There is absolutely no motivation.
