Miguel is in over his head. He was hoping for a pop in sp when he announced merger so he could convince his buddy's to finance him, but since that didn't happen, eventually he will have to resort to dilution imo. Last weeks tweet was simply grasping at straws, and the next we hear from Miguel will be either reverse split or dilution.

Sanchez has been in control of AVVH since April 26th and he still doesn't have a business plan or a plan on how to capitalize AVVH/GQC.

Empty shells only have access to toxic funding which leads to dilution.

So far not one shareholders has posting a logical reality based plan as to how GQC/AVVH will be capitalized.

All I see is pinkyland wishful thinking void of facts.
