Ballas only communicate when is in his own interest, I’m a firmly believer that he takes advantage of Scratch and Blue.

Ballas has not accomplished a single thing but the convertibles he did FAST, it can not be converted without his consent.
And we know he was diluting with timing of promoters and other “coincidences”.

So obviously when you are a investor shareholder you want to hear good and positive stuff and that is what JB does it best, lead you to believe that everything is under control and that he cares about the shareholder but we see who he cares about.
