You mention dilution but have not managed to provide any evidence that this is being done outside of generally accepted practise in the stockmarket of issuing shares in order to acquire businesses that increase the value of the newly expanded company.

My "opinion" as you call it is actually me pointing out the fact that the issuing of shares was done to complete acquisitions in order to increase the overall value of SFNN by putting together an organisation that together is better positioned to capture a disproportionate share of the market, to the benefit of shareholders. One thing the charts won't tell you is that the key players at each business entity all own shares in SFNN. Not one of them has any vested interest in the company diluting the stock into the floor. SFNN trades on the OTC, so everything gets filed - I don't remember seeing any filings in which the directors of the company award themselves or anybody else (outside of shares issued as part of acquisitions) with a load of new shares.

The expansion of the AS is only normal in the sense that the AS does is not typically the sum of the OS and float - i.e. you need a few spares in case of future requirements.
