It is a long story ..

Building Open Pit mill is a cookie-cutter work, but for some reason, this company, previously ANV and now Hycroft cannot build a Mill to produce Gold.

Considering Hycroft has very low grade material and bad management had made the company and share holder suffer for a significantly long time.
