I think last year maybe was first Alex brought it up as part of his plan to eventually get on NYSE and if I understand correctly they were waiting on audits of all subsidiaries before filing S-1. I just don't know where shares will come from for any capital raise. Again I have limited understanding of the things and perhaps it has already been answered and I missed it.
