My guess is these guys are using the plan to get money from the market instead and selling the company at this level.

With mining company has least focus within US .. no funding, no money, no attention .. they don't want to sell or get any fund at this valuation..

They will use Elon Musk's formula .. come out with plan to sell additional shares when this poppy gets to say $30 or $50 in the open market..

If this plan works, I believe ANV share holders will also benefit big time...
