How about starting with providing the links to the documents you posted and link showing Naxos position in BioAmber.

Retail shareholders held near 60% of the company at one point according to the proxy list on hand from memory. This was compiled prior to the Ronald Fremeth legal challenge utilizing Me Henry Juroviesky Crane LLP. Proxies were transferred to Me Juroviesky from memory.

Shareholders indicate their shares remain held in brokerage accounts, plus any shareholders that would have actual share certificates.

At anytime have shareholders received any proxy solicitation or solicitation to tender their shares via the brokerage houses from a potential acquirer?

Institutions sold BioAmber equity, that is how retail increased their positions and some buying in for the first time even with the Q added to the symbol. Q = total speculation.

Chris and Derek filed holding over 5% each, I believe, as a result of the accumulation from institutional selling, but I could be wrong.
