They already did the first RS 2 years ago. This stock was at the equivalent of $30 per share and is now back to .50 cents and once again facing delisting.

Anyone telling you they won't do another RS is not giving you good advice. This company absolutely will do another RS because they know they need to stay listed or they will lose access to more future financing as a pink.

Sebastian should be in jail for the deception he committed and the lies he told.

And for those who think this connection to Tilray is somehow a blessing - have you even bothered to look at Tilray??? They were $200 a share just a couple years ago - they're $6 now. How in the world does that give anyone hope for this to turn around??

Same for Coors - has anyone bothered to look at how Coors was doing before the joint venture with CBD infused drinks?? How has Coors done since then?? Just look at their 5 year chart.

This entire market segment is a boondoggle.
