But I have serious doubts that uplist will even happen.

If they successfully up-list to NASDAQ the stock will be available to thousands and thousands of institutional investment firms. Not to mention more retail aggressive investors. I'm not sure how the preferred structure would work after an RS- 250 million would be the new "authorized" amount and roughly 35 million would be the float after the initial public offering, including the existing public float. With that being said, I believe insider holdings are also affected by the split ratio which reduces their own dilutive potential as well. Depending on how attractive they want this to be as an investment after the up-list will determine whether or not buying power flows in from funds. I have seen 35 million share floats absolutely fly. I watched ORPH fly from 2 bucks to 70.00 on a 35 million float. On NASDAQ 35 million is always a squeeze candidate.
