doog, what date will New SEC Short Rule be effective? I bought some more this morning, and then right after my shares were filled, some dumb, small bid-whack trades went through, down to .2541. Those nonsense trades must be short-selling crap I have to think, and I am beyond sick of it. That's why I'm asking what date SEC is implementing new short rules. Thank you, Kind Sir.
