The point is that Elite does not need to tap into Lincoln

Whats in question is someone stating Elite hasnt accessed the LPC capital since the last agreement.

The POINT is no ordinary shareholder has that knowledge since the last 10q filed and even the CEOs most recent CC was back in February. We dont know whats occurred since then

Thats the real point of making a statement without qualifying it as of FEBRUARY 14th or 15th.

The price is very material when I look at the balance in my portfolio. I just don’t understand why the board has allowed this to continue on
