I am pretty sure Frank filed to necessary notices and Hoverondick failed to make his claim before those deadlines. The courts have to go through the process of a hearing to understand the details. If you want to tell someone they are a dick call Hoverondick.

Or better yet, call no one. What does anyone stand to benefit threatening Frank now? Answer - not a god damn thing.

Pissed off? Frustrated? Worried? Take it out on the boards. I don't really want Frank to start thinking "well screw those ungrateful bastards! I'll just move VeeMost to another shell & flush $JPEX down the crapper".

Please, everyone just chill on Frank. He has enough on his plate. Give him a chance to make things right.
