I think it's safe to say that the price of oil had/has zero effect on closing the remaining land deals and posting their financials. So, as we patiently wait for that, do you feel the current price of oil will have a positive effect on how the stock price will open up? Just trying to see if all the talk about the price of oil will start to show it's potential right out of the gate. Thoughts??
