Injunction is to stop harmful action while CASE proceeds, not negotiations.

? - if H’dick doesn’t budge will court see unwillingness as bargaining in bad faith & step in

This is about a legal issue. It's court...not arbitration. Poor people are forced into arbitration. Wealthy people gets courts...just for this reason.
