Exactly Dick owns fraudulent shares and waited to last min to contest the custodianship asking for a temporary injection. It was granted and know we wait for the attorneys next move either settle or allow Judge to provide a final court decision.

Toxic notes are getting thrown out in many custodianships and I'll assume the same will happen here. Dick waited for the last minute to contest. If he contested earlier it would have been thrown out and wouldn't have had this type of impact.
