McNally made bad decisions the entire time he was at TMDI. Stakeholders did not want more raises and another RS so McNally needed to pull out a small miracle and the snake-arm tech was the golden goose.
If Medtronic has incorporated Titan’s snake-arm technology into HUGO - the “game-changing” technology initially brought to Titan by Dennis Fowler - and David McNally did not realize the true value of this IP and GAVE IT AWAY FOR A FEW MILLION $, then HE IS AN ABSOLUTE FAILURE. He literally gave away the farm. One of the worst executive decisions I have ever witnessed in my lifetime.
First clue was when Mac told investors (and let’s be fair, technically it wasn’t a lie - it was just a grossly misleading temporary fact) that they were very close to IDE and 510 K exemption.
Second clue is the reverse split.
Third clue was the unsupported reverse split.
Fourth clue was their game changing technology, or at least a third of it is approximately worth 10 million with no royalties.
Present-day clue, for those espousing six to $10 billion buyouts. The entire Board of Directors currently negotiating on your behalf was appointed by… Drumroll please… Big Mac!
well yes but again that was dickhead mcnallys fault with his missed timelines and costs but still u cant make that deal, not for 40 mill,if we were able to relicense it then ok but to strip us of that right makes it a deal u cant make imo
