Good morning Steve we are in for an awesome ride over the next few months strap in and enjoy. Hard to believe some people can't interpret reality. Just to clarify the Three Links I posted were not indicating it looks like fuel cell energy project. There's obviously a history and a possibility but there are no details as of yet about what type of project it's even going to be other than a data center. We clearly have a history with data centers and with Beacon falls. Someone interpreted that being bad news for us but I don't quite understand how no one was expecting a project at Beacon falls for the past few years. I'm a little confused about other people's reality. Oh well perception is perception I see an elephant what do you see? And I have a funny feeling today is going to be a busy post day so I don't have time to reply to people making nonsensical statements so I'm not even opening those today.
