Those are the paper shares that were issued, it was supposed to have been a spin off company, correct?

I'm part of the 2010 crowd. I had 400k shares of GOIG back then. After all the reverse split stuff, I'm down to 900 shares.

Pretty good for a $100 or so investment! Although, I have about 30 other similar type penny stock investments that have tanked on me in the past 12 years or so.
