I just imagine a stock with very good news that production from now on will reach a level of 20 to 50 times the amount of spidersilk as it was the last weeks and months, and than the day ended with a pps decrease of about 13 %......Something nobody can understand.....A company that cleary descibes that it will reach maximum output in their Vietnam facility soon , that are about 40 tons of mass produced spidersilk, in the next weeks and months........Where is the logic.....Do the people who want to see this company fail or/and buy it out have so much influence?......I guess we know the answer......Investors could take massive advantage here with these more than ridiculous pps of a company that is on the verge to change the entire fibre industry....and even more industries....gels, powders, .........

“ That is zero logic to me. ”

Trying to understand things by looking for the logic in them is a waste of time….I have never seen the logic in grabbing a gun and robbing a liquor store…risk 10 years in prison for 120 bucks???…

Yet it’s happened hundreds of thousands of times ever since liquor stores were invented….

Not sure what you are trying to say.

A poster claimed that he knew folks who had inside knowledge about the considerable quantity of silk produced by KBLB. I said that anyone who traded on that knowledge, either to buy if the knowledge portends an increase in share price or to sell if the knowledge is bad, would be illegally trading. This is the definition of insider trading and it is a crime.

The reason it is a crime is simple: those trading on the basis of inside knowledge have an unfair advantage over those of us who don’t. I have no inside sources nor do I want any. I doubt there are many folks with insider information, but suspect that those who had such a goldmine would have better things to do than follow this message board.

I can’t imagine a person with insider information that predicted the company was going to fail would continue to buy stocks. Frankly I don’t really know what other investors are doing and what they know. I only know what they say they are doing and what they know. The ones who claim insider knowledge are either not being truthful or should keep their mouths shut imho.
