How do you know about a "huge PR" being crafted? Are you an insider? Embarrassing schooling by the FDA forcing the company to take down all PR's (except the one announcing Nader's firing) and all Presentations from the website and to issue a statement that Leronlimab hasn't been approved for anything. Does that mean they were all full of misleading statements? Not a sign of a company with a promising future.
You don't have to meet endpoints in Phase 2 to do a Phase 3. It's just a bigger more expensive trial. But Long-Cov Phase 3 isn't going to happen as the company doesn't have any cash to pay for it.

"when does the DOJ crack down even more on hedges and manipulators? SOON" DOJ just recently announced this investigation and it requires lots of hedge funds to be investigation -- going to take a long time and has virtually nothing to do with Cytodyn.
The Cytodyn reported SEC and DOJ Cytodyn investigation covering CoV, HIV, mTNBC and "investor relations" vendors is unrelated to the Hedge Fund investigation. It will probably take longer than the bankruptcy filing.
