34,000,000 = 680,000 Shares soon after the MASSIVE RS.

Then, because there will still be no profitable revenue streams, the PPS will drop, leaving shareholders diluted and losing more $$ with the cratering stock price.

The Rotman's of course will be ok as they will issue themselves a golden parachute of shares, common & probably preferred, because, that's how they roll. So, rest easy knowing the Rotmans will be ok and Greg will be able to pay his AMEX a little longer before having to hit up his parents again to pay his bills for him.

Let's do the math when you try and dump 34M shares into the lack of support and tell us if that price level holds...LOL

After all is said and done, 34 million VYST shares are worth at this exact moment $231,200.

Given the number of years that shareholders have been holding here, versus what the rest of the market has done, any ROI or should I say a FMRR can only be spelled one way....it SUCKs to be a Vystar bag holder.

As for "minor" risk with a Vystar investment...watch what happens with all the unrest as China steps into a war with Tiawan shortly. Without a China connection for air handlers, this stock will see the trip level...just saying!

Only Greg Rotman has that kind of cost basis. Wink wink
