I wouldn't say this PR is "fluff" it's actually very encouraging if they can pull it off.

I agree the dividend lack of news is baffling. I Still believe this will be a huge money maker for those that averaged down and held.

There is still a law suit pending last I looked and everyone must have missed the PR and SEC filing they would be selling $200 million in shares into the open market whenever they need it. Reason they are selling shares is because they don't have audited financials due to the lawsuit pending. Other wise they would have made an offering to investors rather then sell shares. You can't make an offering without audited financials and the lawsuit is accusing the company of mismanaging funds so it is obvious they are currently being audited by legal channels which again is why they are seeking funds for investments selling $200 million in shares. It is a gift buying between .77 and .85 so everyone should be happy. NILE
