I’ll have to agree with another poster from earlier. If it’s a pump and dump it’s the most poorly-executed in OTC history.

My own view is that he knows he has to perform better here. However we don’t know that he has the skill to do it. So some of us will wait to see and some won’t. That’s what makes the OTC a casino.
