It was spelled out quite convincingly in the pages of documents in the White Collar Facade page. I dont even know if that site still exists and I really dont care at this point

The OTC is a Gamble at best and most times a Bad Gamble

My usual OTC trading philosophy is to get in....wait for a pump....get out and run....but this one felt like a long hold until the Trial Dismissal
