This company doesn't have anything of value, including "IP Patents." If it did, it would be shown on the balance sheet of the company's most recent financial disclosure. No assets whatsoever. All that's there is the $60 in cash and a liability of $93,503. The company has absolutely nothing going on, no business operations whatsoever (Twitter accounts don't count), and they said it themselves on page 6, so good luck getting "shell risk" removed.

He's been tinkering with this shell for 5-6 years with absolutely nothing to show for the $16M market cap. $16M "owns" $60 in cash.
