No one can buy RMTD LOL Liabilities exceed $$$ on the balance sheet, SEC filings prove this LoL

The last two board members (one being the CEO), left in Sept 2013 LoL

They’re registered to stop filing SEC filings so they didn’t have to pay an accountant. Why pay someone to go thru a BK process when you can just let it sit there on the OTC…..now defunct on the expert market
