CEO, Mr Huemoeller does a great job highlighting all of the Red flags in each and every quarterly 10-Q report.

Please never invest money in AXIM that may be needed for gasoline or food or mortgage.

AXIM is a penny stock and the company has a risk of failure.

My investment in AXIM is a bet on their future and not their past.

What are those red flags you found assuming you did not find yourself in Tiananmen Square by mistake and that is what your are referring to? Sometimes when conducting research a red flag can be as simple as finding certain advocates of the stock touting it, apart from any business related red flags one may find.
