They can't. Just nonsense fear mongering. As I have said multiple times, I will welcome talking to anyone from DOJ and SEC so I can walk them through the grift. This company was basically a vehicle for insiders to express their "unmitigated greed". Whoever heard of board members earning million dollar comp packages even at Fortune 100 companies, much less at junk OTC penny stocks?

I don't use links- crimes with a link? Never saw an active investigation have a "link". Cytodyn is not under investigation.
There's plenty of links from the DOJ that shorts are being investigated though, thousands of them- Citron being the target.
Have any links to a real Cytodyn investigation? Solid facts? NOPE- it doesnt exist.
