Almost certainly yes. The state of Nebraska has been great to work with. I'm not at all concerned about getting an extension if needed.

Nothing is gonna happen between now and 4/4/22. We have already gotten our PR-- It was a video describing what would happen if there was any money.

Even if there is another PR between now and then, it wont be the significant money needed to start construction. We are still waiting on the analysis of the analysis of the analysis. Then there will probably be another study done that will need another analysis. I'm sure they will get another extension.

Nebraska would not want to start that process over either.
