Outstanding Shares = Held at DTC + Float Shares
Held at DTC : 8,733,730,178

Float not uptodate but:

float = outstanding - Held at DTC ==>9,778,744,881-8,733,730,178 = 1 045 014 703


then 90% are held by banks or institutions (held at DTC)
