3. If so, he will not change his carrier to work for a scam business. (If he is or even someone else with excellent experience, it shows how legit and a bright future he or she thinks the business will have) This is a big item for me. Employee market is tight and you would think, for a CPA you would change if you think there is a great opportunity.

4. If so, his connections will buy in. (Maybe already)

And Finally 5. If so, hope he kicks this company's merger, audit, uplist and communication plan in gear. (PR Friday and hopefully many many more).
