They are based on the Binance Chain which is essentially a copy of Ethereum just faster and cheeper to interact with. So you will have to buy BNB coin to trade for NUG and ECO.

NUG and ECO are NON MINTABLE. The code I used will not allow any additional tokens to be minted.
