It’s not just easy in hindsight. Anyone that’s been trading the OTC for more than a month could see that this was headed to .0001

And if you know NOHO's CEO master penny stock scammer Michael Gelmon (who has a court judgement against him for fraud, unjust enrichment and breach of fiduciary duty), you would also know this was going to .0001 (sometimes lower).

He will eventually rinse and repeat with another stock selling dilution scam. I don't understand how the SEC hasn't gone after him. He's been pulling scams for about a decade.
