Well, yeah ... pretty much (except that the stock is worth .0001/share, which had been its value even before Sep 2021 when WCVC was sent to the Expert Market).

Mostly the revocation seems to be an SEC paper-work thing that has future implications if WCVC tries to get current and uplist.
