Incorrect "results convinced Doug Humphreys," CEO of Maverick Energy Services, to test Nano-Catholyte™ in his heavy oil wells. Maverick has used steam (SAGD) to produce oil from this field. SAGD is costly, energy intensive, and produces toxic wastewater.

Results> something obtained by calculation or investigation!!!

Is it possible...just possible that the 1M gallon sale was replaced by the JV (DOGT) and effectively cancelled?

The JV PR indicates that PCT's participation will be selling the fluids to the JV. At what price? Reasonable to assume at or near cost.

Additionally, the advent of of NanoBubble tech and the Higher PPM Catholyte might make the "regular catholyte" obsolete for this purpose.

. Maverick will be providing all the drilling services and PCTL will be selling their fluids to the JV which will be independently funded through a Reg D offering. These wells will be treated with a proprietary process using nano technology

Several things were in the works at that time, which were unknown to the ordinary investor.

DOGT was being formed.
The "reg D" indicates Sims et al, was likely already on the scene, check book in hand.
Nano tech was being introduced.
Plan to drill the new field as tests progressed. (OK, that one is speculative)

And finally;

PCTL will continue to test, validate and hone this process, building a database of results so they
can market and sell their services to the thousands of landowners and operators that provide the
fossil fuels to heat and cool our homes and power our vehicles.
