I think the lawyers on both sides eat and play golf together trying to find new ways to keep this case and payroll going on for years

Thompson has been a disaster

Epstein would not have lost at scotus

Maybe review the Perry appeal audio. I am so done with this or I would get the dialog for you. As I recall there was significant discussion revolving around "errors" and "intent". It seems that they can intentionally do whatever and it doesn't matter, and then if it seems to matter in court they can simply label it as an honest mistake. I haven't yet decided if "Broad powers granted by Congress....." leads to, institutionalizes or covers up corruption. Maybe all three.

This is so bad I am starting to think that the housing crash was orchestrated with HERA and court rulings planned all in advance and here we are 18? Years later (I am speculating that the plan was hatched in W's second term) and we all have been complaining about Obama.

Thompson the lawyer failed to go there and I don’t know why. Maybe he’s just stupid?

"Well, SCOTUS said FHFA could do what it wants to protect itself and taxpayers."

And, apparently, drop its fiduciary responsibilities, by law, as the conservator of both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and help itself to their coffers to fund insurance premium subsidies for deadbeats loyal to an abysmal excuse for a President.
