Quoting 100%

$Video $ERBB-Estimates-$15MM-REV-and-I-Bet-that's-a-low-estimate!

Add 3.2MM in Rev next year from the existing Virginia Grow and when they

are both up and running, that's 18.2MM in revenue

Add the fact that eventually the whole country will be fully weed legal

and then the real fun begins!!

**********************
Shouldn't people be SUBTRACTING.... NOT ADDING the FACT that when the whole Country will be weed legal that Revenues will be cut in half maybe more..
Then SUBTRACT THE LOSS of revenue from the CURALEAF 5 YEAR CoNTRACT(signed) to wholesale all the Weed...

The Market is so saturated out in the West the price of cannabis 2021 is comparable to what mexican kilos sold for in the 80's..
Here is a California Headline:
"California offers $100 million to rescue its struggling legal marijuana industry.." Growers in the Emerald Triangle region are paying more tax on the product then they can sell it for..

Whom ever made that wholesale deal for AG should be fired and whom ever got bamboozled to stunk up the Curaleaf name being connected to AG should be fired
Lets see why would Curaleaf with 22 grow sites 101 local dispensaries 1,150 WHOLESALE dispensary accounts whom they WHOLESALE WEED to want anything to do with AG..
Unless AG is giving away the weed for half of wholesale..

IMO ,AG's objective is to ride the coattails of a real MJ company and banking on the name association and now AG is associated with a big LEGIT player in the Industry. The insiders on this board already mention the "deal/partnership" with Curaleaf daily.
I seen AG's cheerleaders talk of the deal/partnership on Curaleaf's own message board, surely in hope's to POACH NEW INVESTORs that trust Curaleafs business model

Is it possible Curaleaf was targeted per se for this "partnership" by the not so sly AG ex president for many other reasons then just wholesaling weed from a grow that isn't even producing yet

that the this ex president person got billions of shares at the signing of Curaleaf deal and a extra billion shares as bonus for fact or Coincidence that Curaleaf is also backed by BlackRock Inc , I THINK NOT. Its actually a perfect scenario for AG in hopes to scrub all the B.S. off the A.G. name at same time scam a new group of investors?
This strategic move can only be the work of one person.

Same person who orchestrated what turned out to be NiptonGate and took advantage of the 70 year old widow.. Ruining her hopes to ever sell it .. AG took the light from every legit mj company for nothing but bad publicity

After all these are his own words "AG will continue to seek out STRATEGIC PARNTERSHIPS and dominate all spaces In the industry".

Innovative there not, leaders in the industry they are not.
What they are is 10 years behind and spent more time thinking up these crazy acquisitions that never happened, crazy schemes to keep giving themselves billions of shares for half the floor price or essentially free if you add in the interest they pay them selves when they loan AG the money that they pay there 200k+ salaries with then by shares at half the lowest day in past year with that interest..

I said this same thing this journalist said a year ago and just found this article other day. AG played a big roll in the slow growth in this sector. I think fair to say that they collectively cost the real MJ growers billions and chased away investors that will never trust the MJ market..

American Green, Inc.™ (OTC:ERBB) Revenue at New Cypress Chill Cannabis Grow is Now Estimated at $15,000,000 Annually

When fully operational, the new 40,000 sf facility projects over 700% more annual revenue

PHOENIX, AZ, Jan. 13, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire -- Today, American Green, Inc. (OTC:ERBB) announced that the architectural plans for its “Cypress Chill” grow operation have been revised and now show that, when complete, its new state-of-the-art complex is expected to have annual gross revenue of more than $15 million per year compared to its original estimate of more than $10 million annually that it projected in August, 2021. The projected additional gross revenue is approximately 700% more gross annual revenue than American Green's approximate $2 million annual revenue.

American Green president, David G. Gwyther, said, “We have to give the credit for these increased annual revenue projections to the architectural staff working with Gierczyk Inc. and especially its president Mr. Jimmy Gierczyk. Mr. Gierczyk has been personally involved with our corporate expansion plans since we hired his company about a year ago.

Credit also has to be given to our amazing cannabis grow operation team. That starts at the top with our Director of Operations, Bryan Croteau, who has been with American Green for over 3 years now and has been working daily with Gierczyk to improve and revise the Cypress Chill plans.

I also want to recognize our newest employee Mr. Jacob Cohen, Director of Cultivation. Jacob has been working alongside Mr. Croteau and Mr. Gierczyk to develop a highly efficient, state-of-the-art design meant to produce the highest quality of Cannabis for the growing Medical and Recreational market in Arizona.”

American Green is working with some of the best manufacturers in the US and the world to equip the facility with custom-made equipment built to extract the most product out of the square footage at the Cypress Chill facility. Whether it’s the environmental controls being manufactured by Agronomic IQ, the top-of-the-line Efinity LED lighting, or the custom-built benches being produced in Holland. Each piece of equipment is customized to not only produce the quality our customers expect, but also enables American Green to produce the quantity our shareholders expect.
