It is likely the E&O coverage would reach beyond anything dealing with EMA. In fact, I'd be somewhat surprised if its in play, since I believe Vystar is the one who has filed the claim.
The only real play here is to report the company and document all the lies and lack of filings.
Since there is NO skin in the game to go after, and since the fins are likely meaningless as it comes to the key players, the only coin left for a legal team would be the E&O here.
That said, do not be surprised if this company is or will be soon on the radar of the folks that can bring this party down.
I've watched this type of scam play out several time over my professional career. These types of folks always have big egos that trip them up. You know, the kind of people that look at their nails as they are being asked the tough questions...LOL
