but i agree, the bign "story" is playing out as planned, and we the lucky few shall be very blessed. I don't believe everything i read, but the fact we'll bank abit to buy toyota prius' with is very comforting.

I talked to our petroleum engineer again yesterday and he said the same thing about the signal given to the East Texas folks. He put it a little differently, but it was the same message: the financing is clearly there. As he put it, the pockets these venture cap backers have are deep and he thought it ought to serve as a clear message for any party dragging their feet that they should get on board, because, one way or another, these veture cap guys are intent on acquiring a portfolio of properties and they have plenty of irons in the fire.
