GNCP doesn't own any mining properties

It doesn't even do any mining

It disclosed that it never started any exploration either in 13 years

It only pays Searchligh to have RIGHTS TO EXPLORE but it never actually used those rights and pays for an option to acquiring claims rights.

So it's all a big scam along with SEC charged Frederic Bauman.

It's a share selling scam.
