Dreams can happen. Share holders and note holders would be rich. That has a expanding effect on the share holder’s position.

I guess the shareholders would have to hold through the dilution. Which was my plan to hold for a couple of years at least.

I’m not sure how they will be able to pay the amounts in the press release owed to note holders in the time frame without conversions.

The company can grow clients through:
Outpatient services
Bed capacity
Location expansion

Increasing revenue while reducing debt and the share structure could be explosive on the share price.
