Vyera is a trash company and the only felon run biotech that would partner with another felon run biotech, CYDY. CYDY hasn’t benefited from the deal, at all, while Vyera got somewhere around 3-5 million shares which were worth $30-50 million in the summer of 2020.

I expect new management to void the deal with the shell company who Vyera transferred the licensing agreement to. There is no benefit in keeping that partnership and it’s a bad look for CYDY.
