Easy answer. Any partnership/BO would easily include an initial payment that would be used to satisfy a lien. Welch is a trusted financial partner that is nothing more than a bridge to closing a partnership/BO. Not even a small speedbump - more like a pebble in the road. LMAO

Please explain how there can be a buyout/partnership when their is a lien on the asset.
