It is certainly possible Intel would buy them out. The question is for how much, and would HDVY management be willing to accept that offer? I value each patent at around $100K, so I would expect an INTC offer to be around $500k. This may be generous given a judge has ruled the patents are invalid. Keep in mind Intel already owns more than 3000 machine learning patents.
