QUESTION IS… Who else has both CC and Hydrogen production?

Read closely, Capture Carbon from Nat gas and create blue hydrogen. How does Exxonmobil do that? Unfortunately, final investment decision 2-3 years out. But I'm thinking and hoping that means how much total investment when deciding final size, engineering and economics. 100MW FuelCell $400+M for FCEL but need policy in place to conclude investment decision.
