There’s no partnership, nor buyout.
I agree that there aren’t two CEO’s needed once it occurs but both are needed to the minute the papers are signed! Read the history of the Toshiba case.

Anyway, $.48 and ain’t going higher. Bankruptcy is imminent and could be the next PR you see. :)
