Spin Doctor and others are being sued directly by Brenda. They had til today to answer the judge and according to my search nothing filed USRM has no business. Miguel gave it to Spin Doctor and one of the Directors kids living off Daddy’s coat rail droppings. USRM had no patents and is utterly black listed by the FDA after getting torched in Appeals court. USRM is a worthless shell with $12m in debt.

Since this is an annual filing due now aka SEC 10-K for entire yr 2021 - Miguel has 90 days from end of yr.

Thus, the SEC filing is DUE NO LATER THAN March 31st, or about 30 days from today.

THEN we can see how empty this ONE MAN scam-o-rama is AGAIN and what the hell does "it" actually do as a real "business" from a freaking rent-a-desk with a 10 yr old POS website STILL reflecting lies and bullshit about "Myocell" and "Our clinical trials" and "WORLD LEADERS IN STEM CELL RESEARCH" blah blah blah....BULLSHIT that was a scam 5 yrs ago and is now a TOTAL FRAUD as this POS hasn't had a legit "clinical trial" in over 10 yrs and own NO PATENTS OF ANY KIND and conducts NO "STEM CELL RESEARCH" nor has a budget for same etc.
