In one breath he says they are in production and in another it seems they need the equity deal to be in production.

The first production models are being built now. The other big question is, if it the PP is successful and they are able to fulfill the orders, how much will Coates International shareholders benefit from it. how will the relationship between the two companies be structured?

This is strange, he obviously is not trying to sell shares. There is new news on the coates website. I guess the big question is are our shares any good any more? probably not.
